Job Summary

The sales executive will be required to manage 10-15 existing customer distributor accounts as well as be the point person at the Coast for coordinating all activities related to our retail/modern trade business.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

The key tasks will include generating and fulfilling distributor orders, ensuring all challenges faced by clients are attended to in a satisfactory and timely manner, follow-up on payments and keeping tabs on competitor activities. In addition, the chosen candidate will also be expected to generate and follow up on leads through different market channels, bring on board new distributors, close deals and via provision of superior customer service, aim to build sustainable relationships with the company’s clients.


Experience:

At least 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a relevant industry. Experience in dealing with modern trade retailers/supermarkets will be an added advantage.


Qualifications:

Graduate/diploma level education in a relevant field.


Requirements/Skills:

 4+ years’ experience in sales in a relevant industry. Experience in dealing with modern trade retailers/supermarkets will be an added advantage.

 Very good communication and presentation skills.

 Consummate knowledge of MS Office.

 Well versed with sales and negotiation techniques.

 Quick learner with a passion for sales.

 Enthusiastic with a results-driven approach.


Pay Level: Gross basic KSH 50,000/- to 60,000/- plus commissions and benefits.
