Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Identify Prospects: Actively search for potential customers and clients who would benefit from our services and products.
2. Set Up Meetings: Schedule and organize virtual or in-person meetings with prospects to discuss their needs and our offerings.
3. Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospects, showcasing the features and benefits of our services/products.
4. Market Expansion: Identify and establish new markets to enhance company growth and reach.
5. Attend Sales Meetings/Exhibitions: Represent the company at industry-related meetings and exhibitions to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
6. Negotiate with Prospects/Clients: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with potential clients on behalf of the company to secure contracts and deals.
7. Tender Applications: Apply for tenders, ensuring timely submission of required documents and information.
8. Quotations: Prepare, write, and send out quotations to clients based on their specific requirements.
Requirements:
1. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
2. Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification.
3. Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
4. Computer Literate: Proficient in using computers and software for communication, presentations, and reporting.
5. Salary: Minimum offer of 20,000, with an additional 10% sales commission based on performance.
6. On-Duty Facilitation: Provided to help with the daily tasks and responsibilities.
7. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
8. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Swahili.
