- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility and strengthen client relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Provide insights and feedback to management to support strategic decisions
- Identify gaps and recommend new product or market opportunities
- Utilize digital platforms (social media, online marketplaces, WhatsApp marketing) to generate leads and drive sales
- Support online campaigns and promotions to boost product visibility
- Maintain basic understanding of digital marketing tools and trends
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media, online sales, lead generation)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive
