Sales Driver - Sotik

We are an organization located in a rural environment 60kms from Kericho town consisting of tea estates and two highly automated tea factories. We have an innovative approach to the growing and manufacture of black tea and pride ourselves in the quality of our personnel and our productivity.

We are seeking a suitable applicant for the position of Sales Driver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To meet and surpass the sales targets.

2. To source for new customers and increase the customer and market base for our products.

3. To carry out market surveillance to establish the competitors pricing and if there is any gap in the market that can be filled by our products.

4. Assist the production team in establishing the demand in the market and thus establish a packing schedule and in coming up with new products.

5. Bringing feedback to the production team on any challenges/shortcomings of the products raised by the customers for improvement purposes.

6. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure that the tea drawn from stores is paid for in time.

7. Ensure that there are no stockouts of our products in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing.

2. At least 3-year experience in sales of FMCG.

3. Valid driving license.
