Assist to Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate

Job Description/Requirements

•    A good level of general education - Diploma or degree preferred

•    Computer literacy

•    Previous internship experience will be an added advantage

•    Willingness to relocate and work in all regions of Kenya


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

•    Assist in reviewing open accounts for collection efforts

•    Assist in marketing and leads generation

•    Assist in negotiating payment schedules

•    Assist to Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates

•    Assist in KYC and conducting due diligence.

•    Any other duties as might be assigned from time to time
