Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Create and manage engaging real estate content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Host virtual tours, livestream open houses, and create promotional videos to highlight listings.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase property exposure and lead generation.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture leads through social media.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and staging professionals to prepare listings for online promotion.
- Stay informed about market trends, neighborhoods, and real estate best practices.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, sale of slow moving goods, or a strong interest in the industry.
- Knowledge major social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, MLS systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
