The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling bakery products, handling payments, and ensuring attractive product display while maintaining hygiene and stock availability in the bakery shop.

Requirements:
- Valid passport
- Valid Good conduct
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Neatness and attention to hygiene standards
- Teamwork and reliability
- Previous retail or bakery experience is an advantage (but not always required)
Job description:
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, and snacks
- Handle cash, card, or mobile payments and issue receipt.
- Arrange and display bakery products neatly and attractively
- Monitor product freshness and remove expired or unsellable items
- Restock shelves and ensure products are always available
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales area, counters, and display shelves
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and ingredients
- Promote new or special bakery items and offers
- Assist in packing customer orders properly
- Support inventory checks and report low stock to supervisors
