● Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets

● Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

● Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment


Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

● Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and track industry trends.

● Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our existing product lines and introduce new products to the market.

● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits, active listening, and addressing their needs promptly.

● Sales Execution: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve sales targets.

● Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide valuable insights to management.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
