We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving growth and brand visibilityQualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree.• Post-graduate qualification is an added advantage.• Over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and developing successful marketing campaigns.• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, andPPC campaigns.• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on results.• Familiarity with the Nairobi hospitality market and key players is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and guest occupancy.• Lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training.• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.• Analyzemarket trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to make data-driven decisions.• Oversee digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and online presence.• Create and manage promotional campaigns and special offers to attract guests and retain loyal customers.• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.
