Job Description/Requirements
Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and establish relationships to convert leads into customers.
Client Retention: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our services.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns and advertising strategies to boost brand awareness.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and contributing to strategic adjustments.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the facilities management or related industries.
Strong understanding of Nairobi’s business landscape and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus.
A diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
