Job Description/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field from a university recognised in Kenya
ii. Workimg knowledge on bid bonds,performance bonds,advance payment guarantees and log book loans.
iii. Proven track record of managing high portfolio of Bid bonds,performance bonds, advance payment guarantees and log book loans.
iv. Minimum of 5 years in similar role in a busy microfinance .
v. Must be adept in ICT, and working knowledge of a microfinance software.
vi. Good people Management skills and proven ability to achieve results through others.
vii. Strong customer-centric skills.
viii. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
ix. Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook.
x. Able to get on with others and be a team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
