Job Summary
Welink International Supply Chain is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven ability to pitch import and export services to potential clients. This role requires a self-driven professional with expertise in field visits, client acquisition, and building business partnerships, especially with businesses dealing in electronics, car spare parts, jewelry (earrings & necklaces), cosmetics, and other general merchandise (excluding second-hand clothes).

Job Description/Requirements
i. Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
ii. Actively pitch import and export services, helping businesses source and distribute products globally.
iii. Identify and acquire new clients dealing in electronics, car spare parts, jewelry, cosmetics, and other retail goods who require import/export services.
iv. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
v. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
vi Provide expert guidance on customs clearance, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations.
vii. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
vii Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage key client accounts.
xi. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth handling of import/export shipments.
x Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations for management.
xi. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services.
Qualifications & Experience:
i Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
ii 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the import/export, logistics, or distribution industry.
iii Proven success in client acquisition and business development.
iv Strong knowledge of international trade, shipping, and supply chain management.
v Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
vi Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with the ability to close deals effectively.
vii Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client visits.
xi Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
