Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting our security services and expanding our client base. This position involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and establishing strong relationships with potential and existing clients. A valid driving license is required, as the role involves traveling to meet clients and attend industry events.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calls, networking events, and referrals. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our security solutions.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to tailor marketing strategies and sales pitches.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance metrics to management.

Travel: Travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed to represent the company and explore new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the security industry or a related sector.

Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

A valid driving license is required for this role.


Preferred Qualifications:

Above 2 years of Experience in selling security systems, surveillance equipment, or related services.

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools.
