Job Summary

Adora Products Limited, a Manufacturing company located in Nairobi that deals with beauty and personal care products is seeking to fill the positions of a Sales and Marketing Assistant in the major towns within the Western,Mt.Kenya region, Nyanza, Coast, Nairobi and Rift Valley regions. The role entails creating and implementing a sustainable distribution channel of the company products to enhance the company’s penetration in the regions and ensuring that the products are within reach to the consumers.

  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

• A diploma or certificate in sales and marketing

• Proven customer service, negotiation, and sales skills

• The ability to work independently and travel as needed

• Proposal writing experience (a plus)

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar position

• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.

• High standards of ethics and values.

· Updated resume, cover letter and copies of testimonials

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Identify sales leads and collect pertinent information from clients

• Inform clients about our products or services and provide demonstrations

• Cultivate relationships with existing clients to secure their future business

• Utilize customer service and negotiation skills to close deals

• Use insight into customer needs, local competitive landscape and independent judgment to work with the Organization to drive industry leading Products, Networks and Pricing

• Deliver expert presentations and product.

• Provide deep subject matter expertise

• Prospect heavily for new accounts and new business within the defined regions

• Provide accurate price quotations and work directly with the customer and integrators in the defined regions

• Regularly call on accounts independently or with a reseller established with the account.

• Conduct quarterly sales forecasts

• Establish and maintain a consistent level of communication with new and existing customers.

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
