JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales and Dispatch Assistant at our factory in Nakuru with below qualities,Age- 25 to 35 yearsQualification- AnyDegree/Diploma with grade B+ and above in KCSE examSpecificSkills Required:· IT Skill is a must with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point andOutlook · Knowledge of ERP and SAP will be added advantageExperience: 2 to 4 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Dispatchwill be preferredDescriptionThe person should have excellent communication Skills.Should be confident with good interpersonal skillsGood numerical aptitude Should be able to understand, Prepare and Interpret the Commercial Invoices and Packing list of the goodsShould be well familiar with the statutory requirements for domestic and export salesShould be fluent in English and SwahiliUnderstanding of Textile products will be an added advantageShould be able to identify the colors

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales and Marketing1. To receive the orders and coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch team2. logging-in of the orders product wise and filing of LPOs3. To follow on the payment as per the payment terms4. Opening Accounts for new Customers5.Preparing the commercial offer, Proforma invoices and sending to the Customers Customer relationship1. To attend the Customers queries through phone and e-mails and coordinate with theDispatch team on Customer’s requirement2. To attend the Customer complaints and logging in of complaints-product wise3. To attend Customers coming to the factory4. To maintain the contact details for old and new CustomersDomestic and Export Invoicing1. To generate the Sales order, Sales Invoice, Sales delivery and packing list for both Domesticand Local Sales2.To generate the other export documents e.g.- COMESA, EAC certificate etc3. To follow with the clearing agents for export documents approval and sealing etc Inventory Management1. Stock updation and Depreciation of Finished goods on daily basis2. Depreciation of Raw material and packaging material 3. Stock taking and reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis4. Posting of Production GRNs on daily basis Filing1.Printing of Sales order and other related documents2. Printing of Sales order and filing of orders, deliveries and invoices customer wise General 1. To strive to achieve the Goals and Objectives for the Dispatch, Sales and Marketing department2. Monitoring the dispatch activities-Loading, offloading, and receiving of Production3. To coordinate with Sales, Dispatch and loading team on the distribution of Goods4. Maintaining 5 K and Safety standards
