Sales and Digital Marketing Manager

1. Empower sales representatives at each outlet to independently utilize social media and online platforms for marketing and sales growth.

2. Enhance and improve the company’s existing digital marketing and sales strategies.

3. Revamp current sales mechanisms while implementing new, cost-efficient measures to collectively boost sales revenues.

4. Work closely with outlet sales staff to ensure alignment with company targets and initiatives.

5. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
