Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities: The main function of the Sales Representative is to receive calls and convert them into sales by following the sales process learned during training and applying sales techniques to convince the client if necessary, while maintaining optimal quality in the calls.Requirements:* Sales experience* Extroverted, dynamic, friendly, and proactive personality.* Open to feedback.Training is provided: Training schedule 12:30am - 9:30 am / 100% On site - Site: Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Office 32/33 Nairobi, Kenya (Oasis Outsourcing)Schedule: Night Shift / 1:00 am - 10 am Kenya time or 12:30 am - 9:30 am Kenya time / 9 working hours daily / 2 days off / 100% On site
