What you will be doing:
- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
