Key Responsibilities:

•  Utilize SafariBookings.com to create and manage safari tour itineraries.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value and unique aspects of our safari  experiences.
•  Identify and bring onboard overseas agents to expand our market reach.
•  Attend industry events and networking to promote our brand, network with industry professionals, and attract new clients.
•  Provide expert advice and information about various safari destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Handle client inquiries and reservations, both via phone and email, in a professional and timely  manner.
•  Coordinate with suppliers, lodges, and other service providers to ensure seamless tour experiences.
•  Process payments and manage client accounts.
•  Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the safari travel industry.
•  Maintain and update client records using our CRM system.
•  Communicate effectively in writing and work independently.
•  Securing safari clients by converting leads into bookings and effectively using digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will utilize social media, Google Ads, and the company website to attract, engage, and convert potential clients.

Requirements:

•  Four years of proven experience as a Safari Tour Consultant or similar role.
•  Proficiency in using SafariBookings.com and other relevant booking platforms.
•  Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales.
•  Experience in bringing onboard overseas agents.
•  Participation in industry events and networking.
•  Excellent knowledge of safari destinations, wildlife, and conservation efforts in Africa.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
•  Ability to communicate effectively in writing and work independently.
•  Proficiency in using Salesforce.
•  Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
