RESPONSIBILITIES
Reduction in the Non-Performing Loan book as per the set targets.Manage the entire products’ portfolio to mitigate losses.Evaluate the debt collection cycle and track all arrears.Timely and effective implementation of the collections matrix.Prepare reports for all units and follow up to facilitate full repayment.Champion the collections and recoveries policies and prepare requisite reports.
