Position Overview: Unga Group PLC is seeking a diligent and proactive Risk and Compliance Intern to support our Risk and Compliance Department. This entry-level role offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk management and compliance within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in conducting compliance reviews and audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
● Support the risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are effectively implemented.
● Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
● Perform research on legal matters related to business continuity plans and cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Risk and Compliance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
● Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
● No prior work experience required; familiarity with compliance and risk management concepts is a plus.
