We have two shops in Two Rivers Shopping Mall in Nairobi. One is marketing menswear and other one is marketing home products.

JOB SUMMARY

Parisland is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales and Marketing Associateto join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Greet customers, determine their needs, and assist with their purchases●       Offer product recommendations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products●       Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets●       Maintain a clean and organized store environment●       Keep up-to-date with product information and trends to communicate with customers effectively●       Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries.●       Come up with creative ideas for shoots and campaigns.●       Process sales and return transactions●       Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques●       Collaborate with the team to achieve store goalsRequirements:●       College Diploma or equivalent●       2 years of retail sales experience●       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills●       Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings & public holidays●       Ability to lift and move product up to 15 kg●       Positive and professional attitude●       Strong attention to detailBenefits:●       Commission structure●       Employee discounts on merchandise
