JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Executive for our retail stores.Basic Function:This position is responsible for welcoming retail customers (physical as well as telephone) to the store, offering exceptional customer service, responding to their enquiries, orienting them to the company products and providing information that helps them in making purchasing decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Excellence: Observe and learn best practices for providing exceptional customer service through interaction with customers, assisting sales advisors, and handling customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.Store Operations: Gain a comprehensive understanding of store operations, including cash handling, visual merchandising, and maintenance. Develop understanding on safety, security, and regulatory compliance standards.Sales and Business Growth: Gain hands-on experience in driving sales and business growth. Collaborate with other team members to understand sales strategies, customer engagement techniques, and effective product promotion. Participate in analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive products and accessories available at AutoXpress.
