Job Summary: The Retail Sales Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while meeting and exceeding sales targets. They are responsible for helping customers make informed purchase decisions, maintaining store displays, and keeping track of inventory. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: 20000-25000


Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by meeting individual and store-wide goals

• Upsell products and services to customers to increase sales and revenue

• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure that the store always has the appropriate amount of sto ck on hand

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their needs

• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have about products or services

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping display areas neat and tidy

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to help customers make informed purchase decisions

• Participate in training programs and attend team meetings to stay informed about new products, services, and sales strategies

• Follow all store policies and procedures, including security protocols

• Create attractive displays that highlight new products and promotions

• Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager


Qualifications:

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent required

• Previous 3 years retail sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Basic math and inventory management skills

• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management systems

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20kg
