Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Must have knowledge about Indian cuisine and Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages (Mocktails, Cocktails, Wine and Spirits).

Job Description/Requirements
- Overall Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, staff management, and financial performance.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure profitability and growth.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
- Customer Experience: Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus that meet customer preferences and market trends.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and drive sales.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient ordering and receiving of supplies.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Must have knowledge about Indian cuisine and Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages (Mocktails, Cocktails, Wine and Spirits).
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Strong financial acumen and business sense.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
