Report Writer

We are a young, dynamic, fast growing ICT and web development Company, whose work focuses on, though is not exclusive to, the Kenyan Property sector. We provide data services, marketing, publishing, web design, web application development and other ICT services to our clientele.

 

We will shortly be embarking on phase 2 of a project for one of our major clients, requiring an experienced and competent report writer to work as part of a team to be led by one of our Directors.

 

The successful incumbent will be able to understand and analyze a broad range of economic and business related matters cumulating in publication of a comprehensive series of reports which examine in detail the broad range of Kenyan and global Real Estate issues. Good written, communications and research skills are essential for effective performance in this role.

 

This position will be offered on a permanent basis.

 

Job Description:

• Responsible for developing, documenting, and supporting standardized and/or customized reports from the Property information database.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to translate reporting requests in order to accurately meet the actual information and deadline needs of users.
• Work closely with the web developer to ensure security enforcement when deploying web reports.
• Provide support to end users on standardized and ad hoc reports.
• Web content writer: Strong written and well organized work with the ability to clearly communicate ideas through published work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to organize own time, schedule tasks for completion and deliver work to that schedule.
• Team player able to multi-task and act professionally.

 

Requirements:

• Economic or Business related Bachelor's degree
• More than 3 years’ experience of published work
• Ability to make use of the ideas of other people
• Knowing about the function and structure of reports
• Well organized and systematic, able to analyze the subject or issue

 

Salary: To be negotiated.
