Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and support trainers from 7 PM – Midnight to ensure daily and weekly themes are well understood.
Assist in trainer retention by maintaining good relationships during discussions.
Facilitate training, client engagement, and business development in assigned counties.
Identify new business opportunities and drive adoption of clients solutions to achieve sales targets.
Strengthen relationships with partners, trainers, and stakeholders for project success.
Work with Regional Coordinators to ensure smooth training and project implementation.
