Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with high-net-worth individuals and network partners, and overseeing various administrative and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and public relations skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to managing client needs and company operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and manage meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Oversee the Director’s diary, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.

Communication and Public Relations:

Utilize excellent communication skills to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and network partners.

Represent the company at various networking events and functions.

Client Enquiries and Issue Resolution:

Handle client enquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions.

Database Management:

Manage and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing client relationships.

Marketing and PR Activities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute company marketing and PR activities.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's public image and brand recognition.

Event Organization:

Organize and coordinate client events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.

Ensure events are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.

Office Administration:

Oversee general office administration, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.

Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools.

A proactive and personable approach to client interactions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
