JOB SUMMARY

Position Overview:A market leader in energy-efficient lighting and interior design solutions is seeking a Regional Sales & Marketing Executive to manage operations in the Coast region. The ideal candidate will drive regional sales growth, nurture key client relationships, and effectively promote innovative lighting products and modern interior design materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and enhance brand visibility.Build and sustain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.Manage projects involving lighting retrofits, electrical upgrades, and system installations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and address maintenance or warranty concerns promptly.Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative products or technologies to meet evolving client needs.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.Secure a minimum of 10 new client accounts per quarter.Maintain a customer retention rate of 90% or higher.Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets.Submit monthly market intelligence reports with actionable insights.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, sales, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally in the home décor, lighting, or interior design sectors.Strong knowledge of energy-efficient lighting technologies and modern interior solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in field-based product sales.
