🚨 We’re Hiring: Recruitment Supervisor (Manufacturing, Construction/Industrial Focus)

Are you a results-driven recruitment professional with experience hiring for Manufacturing, construction, or industrial roles? We’re looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead and drive end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced production environment.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-technical and technical and site-based roles

Identify workforce gaps and implement effective sourcing strategies

Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes

Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS

Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth employee induction

Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong experience hiring for construction, engineering, or manufacturing roles

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
