As a Recruitment Assistant (Student Services) you will be the champion taking a lead on recruitment activities to attract potential students (undergraduate and postgraduate) looking to study abroad.

Job Description/Requirements
The Roleo
Lead generation
o Take a lead in doing presentations in schools and during public fairs
o Engage & nurture all leads
Qualify all leads as per the
laid -out qualification procedure
Queue for review all qualified
leads
Queue for action all
unqualified leads
Key in all leads into the CRM
Follow up with both students
& institutions during the application process
Prepare weekly performance
reports (including status reports)
Manage pre-applicant’s
portfolio
Ensure continuous updates to
all clients (weekly)
Ensure that the office is neat and organized (including supervising the cleaning resource)
Contribute in continuous
improvement of processes (to improve our overall client experience)
Manage the diary for the office
manager
Keep track of all our client’s social media presence and highlight any interesting posts that we can repost (daily)

Qualifications
Degree in marketing
Maturity and tact in handling different audiences
Strongly self-directed, goal oriented & a team player
Exhibit cultural sensitivity, discretion, professionalism & sound judgement
Strong Organizational Skills
Exceptional verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
Experience in public speaking & making presentations
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Word, Power point
Experience in managing social media handles
Working experience of any CRM is also highly desirable
