Job Summary

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and handling various administrative tasks. You will ensure smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities, housekeeping and supporting office functions.

  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Receive visitors and assist with inquiries. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Handle scheduling, including appointments and room reservations. Perform clerical duties, maintain office supplies, and manage housekeeping. Oversee visitor check-ins and check-outs. Support other departments and office events as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office, Tourism or Digital Marketing
  • 1year minimum proven experience in hospitality management
