Job Summary

Vithek Enterprise Limited is seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front-office operations.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

1. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

2. Answer and manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.

3. Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.

4. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars.

5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.

6. Support various departments with administrative tasks.

7. Keep accurate visitor records and ensure adherence to security protocols.

8. Perform data entry, filing, and general office support duties.

9. Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

10. Address client complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.


Minimum Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.


Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

o Strong verbal and written communication skills.

o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

o Professional appearance and demeanor.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

o Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
