We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our Mombasa branch office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional assistance.

Job Description/Requirements

About Us:

We are a well-established legal firm with our head office in Nairobi and a growing branch in Mombasa. Our firm is dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients, ensuring professionalism and excellence in every case we handle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Assist clients in finding their way around the office
  • Announce clients as necessary
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including typing reports; copying, taking notes, and making travel plans
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times


Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Front Desk Management or any related business course certificate from accredited institution; 
  • K.C.S.E Certificate or High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is an added advantage;
  • Proficiency in Client service skills;
  • Knowledge of office management and basic record keeping;
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor and strong organizational skills
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
