JOB SUMMARY

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.Property Showings: Conduct property showings for potential buyers and tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.Transaction Management: Coordinate and oversee the transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing activities, to ensure a smooth and timely closing.Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitors' activities, and economic factors affecting the market.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and market updates using [CRM Software].Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Relationship ManagementMeeting with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferencesBuilding and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, and investorsProviding guidance and answering questions about the buying/selling process2. Property Sales & MarketingListing properties for sale, including writing descriptions and taking professional photosConducting market research to determine competitive pricing strategiesCreating and executing marketing campaigns (online listings, social media, open houses, flyers, etc.)Hosting open houses and private showings3. Negotiation & Transaction ManagementNegotiating offers, counteroffers, and contract terms between buyers and sellersPreparing and reviewing purchase agreements, contracts, and other documentsCoordinating with lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, and attorneysEnsuring a smooth closing process and resolving any issues4. Market Knowledge & ComplianceStaying up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and local regulationsAdvising clients on property values, mortgage options, and investment opportunitiesEnsuring all transactions comply with real estate laws and ethical standards5. Administrative & Professional DevelopmentKeeping detailed records of transactions, client interactions, and financial dataAttending industry events, networking opportunities, and continuing education coursesUtilizing CRM software and other tools to manage leads and client information
