Key Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Guide clients through the property purchasing or leasing process.
• Conduct site visits and property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate deals and prepare relevant documentation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements:
