About the Role:

A leading real estate firm is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The role involves sourcing and closing property deals, building strong client relationships, and providing expert real estate guidance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.

• Guide clients through the property purchasing or leasing process.

• Conduct site visits and property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

• Negotiate deals and prepare relevant documentation.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the real estate market and property laws.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A diploma or degree in Sales, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
