Job Description/Requirements
Role Description
- Promote and sell premium serviced plots.
- Guide buyers through the purchasing process
- Organize site visits for potential clients
-Prepare reports indicating the sales activities, results and insights.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Coordinate with the real estate administrator in processing client sale files.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of Marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

- Base salary KES. 30,000 plus 3% commission
