Job Summary
The Mutual Wealth Corporation [MUWECO], is a real estate corporation operating in Kenya wishes to recruit a Real Estate Expert. The ideal candidate is expected to have at least an undergraduate education, professional qualification and over 15 years’ experience in real estate.

Job Description/Requirements
The real estate expert will be required to perform the following functions:
1. Formulation of documentation tools for management, letting and selling of properties.
[ using the real estate manual and the relevant laws, design all tools and checklists].
2. Identification, listing and registration of landlord letting mandate forms.
[ Ensure signing of 10 forms per day or 220 forms per month].
3. Identification and listing of tenants in need of housing facilities [Commercial and Residential].
[Ensure on-bonding of one (1) tenant per day or 20 tenants per month].
4. Formulate a monthly budget with a monthly letting commission of Kshs. 1,000,000.00 and an expenditure of Kshs.500,000.00.
[ Generate over Kshs. 1 million to meet an expenditure of 0.5 million].
5. Ensure 100% documentation of all landlords and tenants consistent with the real estate manual ensuring all safeguards to ensure security of rent income, payment of all debts monthly in advance.
[ Use an approved checklist and table a monthly report on all tenants and landlords].
6. Undertake development and re-development of at least one property per quarter.
[Prepare an annual development budget depicting monthly projects].
7. Ensure management of debtors and creditors.
[Table a monthly report showing 30% reduction in both debtors and creditors].
8. Ensure corporate solvency and liquidity.
[Ensure asset appreciation by 30% and a 30% reduction in liabilities].
9. Manage monthly client satisfaction surveys.
[Circulate forms to landlords and tenants as evidence of service].
10. Prepare Advisory notes, articles, publications, and presentations on real estate sector.
11. Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Undergraduate degree in Real Estate.
2. Be registered with Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB).
3. Have a current driving license with 3 years’ accident-free driving.
4. At least 15 years of related experience.
5. Candidate with plumbing, Electricals, Masonry, and welding qualifications will be added advantage.
