QUANTITY SURVEYOR SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and innovative Quantity Surveyor for a unique sustainable development project in Nairobi.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Review construction plans and develop bills of quantity
• Provide cost estimate and identify cost reduction strategies
• Help develop a database that will provide record with labelling system of all material used in the project to achieve sustainable development goals
• Compile, file and manage all required project data and information 
• Monitor quality standards and supervise on site construction
• Manage the site and report to the project manager

We would like to hear from you about this unique opportunity if you have the Quantity Surveying qualifications, three years’ experience and are also:

• Passionate about sustainability and keen interest in architecture design and achieving 

• Have hands on practical timber construction experience
• Have on-site construction project management experience
• Have exceptional communication skills, are a critical thinker, highly organised, meticulous, detail oriented and take pride in your work
