We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control /HSE Junior Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Quality Control / HSE Junior Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management within our operations. This position requires hands-on experience in Food & Beverage and Catering Services, along with a solid understanding of ISO 22000:9001 and HACCP standards. The ideal
candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain quality control and HSE policies and procedures in line with ISO 22000:9001 and HACCP standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of Food & Beverage and Catering Services to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Monitor and report on quality control and HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality control, health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive measures are taken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality and safety.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality control and HSE.
• Prepare and present reports and documentation related to quality control and HSE activities to management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control, HSE, Food & Beverage, and Catering Services.
• Certification in ISO 22000:9001 and HACCP is required.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and HSE standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support staff effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
