QA Analyst (Automation)

What You Will Be Doing

As QA Analyst you will be part of global QA team, and you will be responsible for product and service quality and will provide support for the automation effort which includes design and development of unified automation framework that covers client and server components. QA Analyst focuses on developing automation and manual test cases to identify software problems and their causes during product cycles.

• Perform functional branch testing, release testing, and exploratory testing;
• Develop automation test design of user scenarios, test cases, and checklists;
• Able to organize release testing;
• Participate in the deployment process;
• Understand and analyze product requirements and communicate with product owner;
• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts;
• Discover issues, report and track their status;
• Working in an Agile environment;
• Promote and ensure quality within the team;
• Design, implement, and execute appropriate manual and automation test cases;
• Helping the Development team discover defects in the early development stage;
• Provide reports and document technical information in the Jira tracking tool;
• Collaborate with other QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans to ensure code quality;
• Coaching junior QA colleagues.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Test Automation experience;
• Experience in performance, stress, functional, compliance, and acceptance testing;
• Degree in computer science or experience to match;
• Solid QA background and have been involved in Quality assurance for at least 3-5 years;
• Code repositories (Git);
• Continuous integration tools are an advantage;
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Team player;
• Well-versed in Agile development methods;
• Have a desire to learn new things and curiously evaluate new technologies and techniques.
