RESPONSIBILITIES

  1.    Experience in Management of Buildings for clients.2.    Attend to routine real estate housekeeping matters.3.    Overall management and co-ordination of the activities of themaintenance of the buildings and equipment.4.    Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills;forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.5.    Maintains accounts of the financial transactions of the property6.    Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints;enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs;planning renovations; contracting with service providers e. security,Maintenance etc.7.    Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services;supervising repairs.8.    Secures property by contracting with security service; installingand maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionarypolicies and procedures; responding to emergencies.9.    Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.10.         Prepares reports by collecting,analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.11.         Accomplishes organization goalsby accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploringopportunities to add value to job accomplishments.ResponsibilityClient Billing and collectionAccounting for income and expenses Management of SuppliersManagement of Tenant ComplaintsManagement of Facilities, repairs and maintenanceLiaison with LandlordsResponsible for Management Fee collectionRepairs and Maintenance of propertiesCore Values In order toachieve success the candidate must embrace certain core principles and values. ·                        Honesty·                        Integrity·                        Competence·                        Tenacity & Enthusiasm·                        Creativity·                        Professionalism·                        Drive
