Roles & Responsibilities
Project managing innovative initiatives – whether it’s a product extension or a new service entirely, you will own the delivery of a Jiinue to an agreed brief. Pilot reporting – you will own the reporting of agreed metrics surrounding Jiinue. Product pilot design support – you will support on the shaping of new product Jiinue Shaping pilots – whether it’s a product extension or a new service entirely, you will work with the necessary stakeholders to shape and launch pilot activity. Delivering pilots – being a hands-on part of the pilot team, delivering: Customer lifecycle management – onboarding, support and collections. Customer training. Operational handover – when pilots have achieved their goal, and are to be moved into business-as-usual, you will drive the handover and ensure that SOPs and owners are in place Measures and evaluation – creating measurement frameworks that will gauge success.Required Skills for a Project Specialist
