Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion. the ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of each project.

About our Client
Our Client is a leading manufacturing business in Kenya. They provide Timber & Joinery related fit out solutions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide full time on-site supervision.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all assigned projects are executed to the highest quality standards possible in line with company quality policy.
- Ensure that all timber and joinery work complies with relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely manner to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including timelines, costs, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Minimum Qualification.
- Degree /Diploma in construction management or a relevant field.
- At least 3 -5 years’ hands on experience in a busy construction or Interior Fit out Company, with a strong portfolio of completed projects (residential, commercial, or retail).
- Experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to use Auto Card or ArchiCAD will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate.
