Job Description/Requirements

Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.  They will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Planning:

• Develop detailed project plans to guide the execution and control phases.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

2. Resource Management:

• Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.

• Manage project team members and contractors, providing direction and support.

3. Execution and Monitoring:

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

5. Risk Management:

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Leadership: Ability to lead project teams and manage resources effectively.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating project risks.
