Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER (Clinical Application Support)

Job Description:
● Project Coordination: planning, scheduling, executing and monitoring project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, implementation guides and progress and monitoring reports while ensuring proper documentation of all project processes, decisions, and outcomes and sharing insights with the technical team to continuously improve operational efficiency.
● Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, resolve issues in collaboration with the technical team, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
● Clinical Application Support: Provide support in the deployment, training, and troubleshooting of clinical applications integrated within digital health solutions. Ensure end-users, including healthcare professionals, fully utilise the software’s capabilities to enhance patient care.
● Implementation Support: Facilitate the deployment of digital health solutions, ensure seamless workflow integration, and troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges as they arise.
● Logistics Coordination: Manage meetings, training sessions, and field visits while supporting implementation teams.
● Stakeholder Management: Support the coordination between technical teams, field implementers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives. Assist in maintaining clear, ongoing communication with internal teams and contribute to the preparation of progress reports to track milestones and outcomes for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Health Sciences, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
● Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare technology implementation or digital health projects. Experience working in low resource settings or emerging markets is a plus.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Zoho, Trello, MS Project), familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly desirable, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Notion) to enhance efficiency and teamwork; tech-savviness is essential.
● Note - While digital tools enhance workflow management, their use should complement-not substitute-real-world project coordination skills. Practical experience in successfully leading and
executing projects is paramount. The ability to translate planning into execution, adapt to challenges, and drive project outcomes is what truly defines an effective Project Manager.

• Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple high level projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical abilities to support project execution.
Communication:
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swahili or other widely spoken regional African languages is an advantage.
Other Skills:
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, electronic medical records (EMRs), and digital health platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and experience in multicultural and low-resource settings.
Travel:
• Ability to travel within Kenya for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
