Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working on international projects is an added advantage.
