Job Description/Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies or any related field.
- More than three years of experience in implementing projects, including experience in women rights and gender mainstreaming.
- Experience in designing and implementing data collection strategies and analyzing data.
- Ready to travel to project implementation sites.
- Previous experience of working for donor-funded interventions.
- Familiarity with national legislation and policies; human, workers and women rights.
- Experience in designing, managing, and carrying out advocacy work for social inclusion/disability projects.
- Knowledge of current issues and best practices in respect to human, workers and women rights.
