Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in production. Responsibilities include scheduling, team coordination, process improvements, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel. A degree and knowledge of quality/safety standards are required.

Job Description/Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate production activities.
- Plan and organize production schedules, assigning tasks and priorities to production teams.
- Monitor production processes and equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduction of wastage.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production staff.
