Job Summary
Overall Purpose: ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost- effectively. Optimizing the production process by ensuring timely and efficient production, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and facilitating effective communication and coordination among various departments. Their role is pivotal in achieving organizational goals related to production efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements
● Make production plans, material requirements planning, and inventory control.
● Understand the process flow of hardware products, electrical products, and vacuum flask injection molding products. (Only require one product).
● Participate in construction, and introduction of production planning system: One of the three product projects implemented, 0-1 experience.
● Proficient in production process control, quickly locate abnormal problems propose solutions.
● Providing training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
● Building and maintaining a motivated and efficient production control team.
Qualifications
● A minimum of Foreign multinational Manager level experience (production control manager or planning manager).
● A minimum of 7 years proven experience in a similar role.
● Should have knowledge of related system, such as SAP.
● Must have proven experience with Ms excel functions (visio icon management, statistical analysis functions. Judgment function, summary function, trade-off function, pivot table).
● Must have strong cost management ability.
● Goal-oriented and have strong overall planning and coordination capabilities.
● Should possess character integrity, communication and coordination skills.
● Available immediately.
